PUBG Implementing Player Feedback Into Game

PUBG Wants Player Feedback for Competitive Mode

With PUBG Corp. working on the upcoming Competitive mode for the battle royale, the developers are looking to player feedback for ideas on what to do. The company implored players to test out a new Ranked Ruleset through the PUBG Labs feature and give feedback on what they enjoy and don’t enjoy about the ruleset. This ruleset includes changes to how the Blue Zone works and various changes to the looting system. PUBG is available on mobile, PS4, Xbox One and PC right now.

PUBG feedback

The developers have been implementing feedback they’ve received from PUBG gamers about the Ranked Ruleset, which is a mix between casual and esports experiences. “Like our previous skill-based rating test, we’re looking to PUBG LABS to gather your feedback as quickly and efficiently as possible,” said PUBG Corp. “During this LABS test, we’ll be analyzing the data and your feedback to better understand what our players are enjoying and will adjust the ruleset accordingly before we take it live.”

“Feedback from this test will help us determine if it is right for our upcoming Competitive Mode or whether we need to make some adjustments,” the developer said. “So be sure to share your thoughts on what you do and do not like. While we’re not quite ready to dive into the specifics of the upcoming Competitive Mode, keep an eye out for another announcement with more details in the coming months.” It’s admirable for PUBG Corp. to look to their playerbase to improve the Ranked Ruleset experience to help with balancing and we think more developers should implement player feedback into their games in a similar way.

Do you hope that player feedback helps PUBG Corp. refine their ranked experience? What changes would you like to see implemented into the battle royale game? Let us know in the comments below!
