Call of Duty Bundles Battle Pass With Modern Warfare
Activision is selling the Battle Pass for the latest season of Modern Warfare with the game for fans just recently getting on board with the latest Call of Duty. Season 2 has kicked off for Modern Warfare, complete with a roadmap that shows gamers what to expect as the weeks unfold. New fans can purchase the Modern Warfare Battle Pass Edition for the PS4 and Xbox One for $100 and it includes the game with 3,000 Call of Duty Points, a combat knife, a custom skin, a weapons pack, with lots of operator packs.
Considering the latest Call of Duty title has reached over $1 billion according to Activision, this bundle doesn’t seem made to attract new fans. The Battle Pass Edition will make it easier for fans to buy everything they might otherwise in a full package and they can start progressing through the Battle Pass with ease. Season 2 marks the return of Lieutenant Simon “Ghost” Riley and the classic map Rust from Call of Duty Modern Warfare 2.
Gamers who are anticipating a new battle royale to get their hands on may be starting to get hyped with the hidden new mode on the Modern Warfare home screen and rumors spreading like a storm in any BR game. Accompanying the latest Season of Modern Warfare is an opening cinematic that shows a circle of smoke enclosing on a building, which also seems to subtly tease a battle royale mode that will come to the game in the future. Enthusiastic gamers can use the Call of Duty Points included in the Battle Pass Edition to purchase new gear to show off in the multiplayer and potential BR mode.
