Get ready to become a mercenary! Chaosmonger Studio, the movie production company and video game developer has officially announced its latest game Schizollama. The game will be available on almost all consoles, including PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4, Nintendo Switch, Xbox One, Xbox Series X/S, PC, and mobile devices.
Moreover, its Kickstarter campaign has already started and the demo version is also available on Steam for everyone to try out.
Schizollama is an action platformer run-n-gun roguelike game. You will choose one of the three llama mercenaries hired by a wise old llama to join an almost impossible mission. The main objective of this mission is to exterminate every alpaca out there. The reason is quite silly, because, first of all, the llamas think they are disgusting beasts. Secondly, people often confuse them with llamas, therefore it is better for everyone if only one species survives.
You will set out on a bizarre journey around the world on a drilling machine. You will have to dig your way out, collect funky substances, and fight an army of alpacas and their beastie allies along the way.
The game has an amazing pixel art graphic that gives a touch of retro-arcade look. It takes heavy inspiration from classic titles like Metal Slug and Turrican. As well as modern games like Broforce and Pizza Tower.
Schizollama is filled with tons of funny elements, fast-paced action, various upgrades, and weapons. We are sure that it will entertain all the generations of gamers.
