Today Simulogics announced that its long awaited economy sim, Prosperous Universe, is finally heading to Steam on April 20th after years of development. Of course, the game has come a long way since its first trailers and gameplay betas in 2018. Finally Simulogics is ready to bring Prosperous Universe to Steam and present the game to a wider audience.Â
Prosperous Universe is sci-fi economy sim MMORPG. Set in a realistic and persistent universe, players become the leader of an interstellar company. Of course, as the leader of your company, you make the rules. Design spaceships, mine resources, monitor stock markets and currencies with real-time fluctuations and more. Additionally it’s important for players to remember that there are no microtransactions. Being successful in the game requires the understanding and molding of complex systems in an ever-expanding universe. Players enter into a galaxy where every resource comes from the works of other players. A galaxy where every price is determined by players and markets can be experienced 24/7 and 365 days of the year.Â
After an official trailer release in 2018 the game continued it’s development. Eventually, in 2021, the game began it’s Early Access and now finally it will be available on Steam. Earlier in its development Prosperous Universe was available within players browsers. The announcement by Simulogics assures players that this will continue to be in full support alongside the Steam release.Â
