Twitter Unveils 2020’s Top Gaming Stats
Twitter has officially released some interesting stats from last year, including the most tweeted about game, and just how many people were talking about gaming in 2020. Animal Crossing: New Horizons was 2020’s most tweeted about game, while gaming, in general, saw a giant boost on the social media platform. Currently Xbox Game Pass Ultimate is trending which brings the Game Pass lineup to Xbox One, Xbox Series X/S, PC, and Android through Project xCloud.
Over two billion tweets about gaming were shared across Twitter in 2020, showing an increase of 75% compared to 2019 and a 49% increase in unique authors.
