Rockstar Continues to Bring Legendary Animals to Red Dead Online
Red Dead Online Cowboys who decided to become Naturalists continue to get new content, with a Legendary Shadow Buck added to the game. Naturalists can now start the mission to hunt the Legendary Shadow Buck by speaking to Harriet at her shop to start sighting for the buck. The legendary buck will reward Naturalists with a free vest of their choice, and 100 rounds of Sedative Ammo to continue hunting new animals brought to Red Dead Online. Red Dead Redemption 2 is available right now for PS4, Xbox One, Xbox One, and PC, and it’s currently part of the extensive Game Pass lineup.
“Rumors are aswirl in Annesburg about an unusual buck with an entirely black coat and uniquely dark set of antlers,” claimed a recent Rockstar blog that announced the Red Dead Online update. “Like all deer, this buck typically avoids humans and may flee if disturbed, but beware, the Legendary Shadow Buck has also been known to aggressively charge at those who pose a threat. Poachers, drawn by the creature’s mythical appeal, have set up camps along its trail. Take care when tracking and approaching.”
The trapper shop is the one-stop-shop for Naturalists to get sighting missions and that’s no different with the new Legendary Shadow Buck. The fine furs collected by hunting legendary animals rewards new gear and Rockstar seems intent on bringing more legendary animals to Red Dead Online. Red Dead Redemption 2 released in 2018, but Rockstar continues to update the game for fans of Red Dead Online to continue having reasons to play the online experience.
