Metro Exodus Players Can Dive Back Into the Game In a New Way
A Metro Exodus “Ranger” update that launched on Tuesday added a new game plus mode that also comes with location-specific audio commentary from the game’s developers at 4A Games.
“On completion of the campaign, you can now re-play in New Game [Plus] mode, granting access to all weapons and attachments unlocked through prior playthroughs,” an official news post about the update read. “New Game [Plus] also allows to you to adjust a range of variables to create your own personal and uniquely challenging experience, and comes with new Achievements/Trophies.”
The aforementioned developer commentary will include 4A developers talking about “some of the design choices that went into making Metro Exodus in that area.”
The Ranger update also brings several bug fixes, improved control input, improvements to gameplay, performance, and balance and more. A full list of the update’s features can be read here.
