Dreams Video Review
A game that allows players to create their own art, music, gameplay mechanics and more, was exactly what gamers everywhere have long dreamed about. First announced by Sony, at E3 back in 2015, Dreams looked to do just that. And now Media Molecule’s latest has finally arrived. So does it live up to all the hype? You might be pleasantly surprised to find out in our video review below.
Now in the event that you haven’t heard too much about Dreams over the last 4 and a half years since it’s announcement, here’s what the official website has to say about it, “Dreams is an extraordinary, ever-expanding game universe from the award-winning Media Molecule, creators of LittleBigPlanet and Tearaway, where you can discover community-made games from around the world…and learn to make your own. Whether you want to create games, music, paintings, animation, sculpture, movies or anything in-between, Dreams is an extraordinary digital playground where anything is possible.”
If you’re looking to be the creator of the word in which you play in, Dreams is the ultimate experience. And what’s more is that Media Molecule doesn’t just throw you into the deep end of the sandbox to learn on your own. They have a bunch of tutorials to help guide players every step of the way. Considering just how expansive the ability to create is within the game, you’ll need it. Innovate and create a world solely yours or explore the creations of someone else in Dreams. Either way, there’s a never ending stream of content to get lost in.
Dreams is out now exclusively for the PlayStation 4. For all of the details about the game, don’t hesitate to check out the official page here. Have you played the game yet? If so, what do you think about it? Let us know in the comments below or on Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram.
