Try Not to Poop Your Pants in We Gotta Go
Indie developer FuzzyBot has officially launched its bizarre yet entertaining co-op title, We Gotta Go, now available globally on PC via Steam. The game is priced at $9.99, with a limited-time 20% launch discount bringing it down to $7.99.
Blending horror elements with outrageous bathroom humor, We Gotta Go challenges players to survive eerie environments while managing an increasingly urgent biological crisis. The core objective is simple yet absurd: navigate dangerous, haunted locations in search of a toilet before it is too late. Along the way, players must battle grotesque enemies, solve puzzles, and coordinate with teammates to stay alive.
The game launches with three procedurally generated environments, including a haunted mansion, a dung-filled crypt, and the bizarre cult grounds of Poothulu. Each setting is full of unusual enemies such as tapeworms, turd mobs, and other grotesque creatures. Cooperative gameplay is central, allowing players to either assist teammates in their time of need or humorously sabotage them.
A unique GI management system acts as the health mechanic, requiring players to carefully manage stress, damage, and gas levels. Players can use an arsenal of unconventional weapons like plungers and fart grenades, while also unlocking special abilities known as Kung-Poo moves.
Following a strong reception during its demo phase at Steam Next Fest, the game has already built a sizable fanbase. The developer has confirmed that additional content, including new environments and items, will arrive after launch.
With its unusual premise and chaotic co-op gameplay, We Gotta Go stands out as one of the more distinctive indie releases in recent times.
