WB’s All-Star Brawl
Warner Bros. Games has finally revealed the details for an upcoming beta as well as new characters joining the MultiVersus roster in a new cinematic trailer.
The new cinematic trailer confirms multiple new characters coming to MultiVersus including the Tasmanian Devil from Looney Tunes, Velma from Scooby-Doo, and The Iron Giant. Other already known characters in the game’s roster include Tom and Jerry, Shaggy, Game of Thrones’ Arya Stark, Bugs Bunny, Finn the Human, Steven Universe, Reindog, as well as DC’s Batman, Superman, Wonder Woman, and Harley Quinn.
MultiVersus is also set to have its own closed beta for hardcore fans that can’t wait to try out the game. It takes place starting from May 19 to May 27 and will have 15 playable characters. Players who are interested may do so on the official MultiVersus website. The open beta for the game will also be available this summer at some point in July.
MultiVersus was originally revealed in November of last year following multiple leaks. The game is set to be Warner Brothers’ attempt to have their own Super Smash Bros and the Nickelodeon All-Star Brawl. As shown in the trailers, the game is a crossover fighting game that will include fan-favorite characters from various WB properties.
MultiVersus is set to release sometime in 2022 on the Xbox One and Xbox Series X/S, PlayStation 4 and PlayStation 5, as well as PC.
