A Luminous Night Indeed
Get that pickaxe ready and prepare to head into the dark of the night. Today the Minecraft Dungeons Team has announced the second seasonal adventure for their dungeon crawler, Minecraft Dungeons, titled Luminous Night. The adventure, releasing on April 20th, 2022, brings some night light to the tower. A blog post on Minecraft’s website provides more details about what players can expect from the upcoming adventure.Â
Minecraft Dungeons is a dungeon crawler where players, alone or with three other friends, traverse levels full of monsters. Your goal? To stop the Arch-Illager. Players will adventure through different levels each with different biomes and monsters. Of course, where there is treasure there is loot to collect. The introduction of Seasonal Adventures brought even more to the game.Â
Seasonal Adventures are free themed events that provide more content to Minecraft Dungeons. For example, they introduce players to an all new progression system that players move through by completing weekly challenges. Additionally, the Seasonal Adventures introduce new exclusive rewards. Of course, the newest Seasonal Adventure is Luminous Night. The Luminous Night adventure is bringing even more to the table. For starters, if you couldn’t tell by the name, the adventure introduces a journey by night through the tower. Furthermore, each floor is full of new luminescent features. From new skins, capes, and more that will light up your adventure to a fiery new boss: The Wildfire.Â
