The Cycle: Frontier’s Officially Enters Closed Beta TodayÂ
YAGER, an independent video game developer, has been in the business for twenty-two years. Today, it has announced its final closed beta for its upcoming first person shooter, The Cycle: Frontier’s Final. The closed beta will kick off on PC via the Epic Games Store and Steam. The previous closed beta was a success for the developers as it was experienced by over 300,000 players. Interested fans can wishlist the game on Steam today. To celebrate the announcement, the developers have released a fresh trailer for fans to enjoy. The closed beta will run from today until April 4th.
In The Cycle: Frontier’s Final, players enter Fortuna III where the stakes are high, but the rewards are higher. Players must drop to the surface to survive and scavenge, but each mistake made can have severe consequences. Beasts, a radioactive storm and other players are all threats that must be conquered. Players will be able to make different decisions to determine whether to fight or evacuate.
The game is a mix of PVE and PVP content with co-op multiplayer that features seamless matchmaking on a beautiful sci-fi world. Some of the additional features include more in-game activities, faction campaigns and monster variations. Additionally, Bright Sands and Crest Falls, two maps, have been revamped. Moreover, the developers have introduced a lot of quality of life and balance improvements to the game such as with AI, loot, combat, tutorial and much more. Players can expect a better experience in this beta.
