Hello Neighbor 2 Heads to PS4 & PS5 Consoles

Hello Neighbor 2 devs just announced that the game is coming to PlayStation 4 and PlayStation 5 consoles. This release will be alongside its previously announced PC and Xbox Series versions.

Today I am both honored and excited to pick up the torch, or flashlight in this case, and announce to you all that Hello Neighbor 2 will be coming to PS4 and PS5!” Senior Community Manager Ariana Spandl confirmed. “We are doubly excited to announce that Hello Neighbor 2 beta is coming on April 7, 2022.”

Furthermore, fans of the franchise can also get exclusive beta access with their pre-order. Digital pre-orders for the upcoming game will open via the PlayStation Store.

In the original game, the goal of the players was pretty much straightforward. All they had to focus on was successfully breaking into the basement of their creepy neighbor.

In the sequel, however, they will be playing as Quentin. Quentin is a reporter who is investigating a series of cases of townspeople who have gone missing. These cases include that of the franchise’s original protagonist, Nicky Roth.

Be sure to grab your comfiest shoes,” Spandl added. “Your journey will take you far beyond the basement and will have you trekking all over the new open world of Raven Brooks to get the scoop.”

Hello Neighbor 2 will have “an expanded world.” With that said, fans can also expect a much bigger roster of all-new characters that they can monitor, meet, and escape from.

Create your own adventure as you interact with the townsfolk of Raven Brooks, each with their own motivations and secrets to hide,” Spandl continued. “They may not appreciate you poking around in their business.”

Players will have to be doubly careful this time around. Devs designed each of their new neighbors with unique AI and behaviors of their own. “You will need to stretch your skills to the limits and find a way to outsmart each of them,” Spandl said.
