Dying Light 2 Devs Say That The Game Will Take “500 Hours” to Complete

Dying Light 2 Offers a Lot for its Price Tag

For many gamers, the age-old question of “value for money” is one that never really goes away. A hot-off-the-shelves release can cost a pretty penny, and lots of players can’t afford every game that comes out. They’ll need to pick and choose which games to buy, and that leads them to this common conundrum. And for the upcoming Dying Light 2, the game’s developers hope to make that choice a little bit easier.

For the record, that “500 hours” total applies only to completionists. if you’re just wanting to take your time and do sidequests, the numbers will be different. A run like that will take 80-90 hours. Which, to be fair, is still an impressive number relative to most games.

80 hours of gameplay is a pretty long ride. And considering the quality of the first Dying Light game, it’s easy to imagine that its sequel’s gameplay will only improve things from there. If the developers wanted to make this game into the best deal they could, they certainly did a great job of it!

Dying Light 2 is set to release on Feburary 4th of this year, and plenty of information has already come out about the game. That release date isn’t too far away – so if you’re looking to finalize any purchasing plans before release, you’ve got plenty of info to work with!
