Demoniaca, Demon Slaying Metroidvania, Comes to Consoles

Gothic Adventure Comes To Consoles

Console players prepare for gothic adventure. AKI’s Metroidvania, Demoniaca: Everlasting Night, arrives on consoles today. A press release about the game provides more details on the console versions, as well as the features of the game itself.

Demoniaca Feature

Players take on the role of adventurers exploring the corrupted Tower of Babel, seeking revenge. Within the tower you will face hordes of enemies, and powerful lords who will seek to stop you, permanently. Uncover secrets, upgrade abilities, and discover new areas as you explore the tower. Demoniaca features real time combat in the same flavor of Metroidvanias of old, all while boasting a pixel art style.

A trailer released yesterday shows off the gameplay and art style of the game.

“Demoniaca: Everlasting Night combines mature themes and storytelling with fluid combat and pixel art style!” Says the press release.

In addition to hordes of enemies, players can expect to meet new friends as well. NPC’s are scattered throughout the tower. Who knows maybe they will help you unravel the story as it goes on. Maybe they will also give you items, and upgrades that will assist you on your quest. Only one way to find out.

Demoniaca: Everlasting Night is out on consoles today. Currently its price is $14.99 and is available, digitally, on Xbox One, Series X/S, PlayStation 4 and 5, and the Nintendo Switch. Are you willing to brave the tower? Also, do you even think you have what it takes to survive the onslaught of enemies?
