Forza Horizon 5 Devs Will Reward Players Who Remain Patient With the Game
Forza Horizon 5’s newest update went live today. It brought a variety of improvements to the overall multiplayer racing experience, as well as mouse and video improvements and bug fixes.
Forza Horizon 5 is regarded to be one of the most polished AAA games that launched this year. However, its online modes continue to have a slew of bugs and issues. Fortunately, Playground Games is continually improving the game over time with new updates.
Among the biggest changes that the patch brought to the game are fixes to convoys. Prior to the update, there was a bug that could cause an infinite load for players who used the Find a Convoy option. This new update fixed that issue. Any Forza Link invites accepted by the leaders of the convoy will now apply to the entire convoy. Also, the convoy icon on the player label within the map is now also more readable.
The Forza Horizon 5 Arcade also received some significant changes. The score target now scales depending on the number of participants. Matchmaking within the game now prioritizes putting players in bigger groups. Requirements needed for completion will now also show improvements for certain events. The patch also fixed prior issues of EventLab props appearing incorrectly. It also improved the issue of convoy members suddenly disappearing. Sadly, it did not completely fix this particular problem.
Although the patch hugely improved the overall gaming experience for Forza Horizon 5 players, it is certainly not its last bug-fixing release. However, it is worth noting that the community’s response to the patch is hugely positive.
Furthermore, Playground is also giving out rewards for players who remain patient as they wait for more bug fixes. They are going to gift players who download the patch as much as 1,000 Forzathon Points. These points can then be used at the Forzathon Shop through the Forza Horizon 5 Festival Playlist.
