DYNASTY WARRIORS 9 Empire Will Launch In February 2022
Koei Tecmo is a video game publisher with a plethora of video games under its umbrella including popular titles such as Dynasty Warriors, Tecmo Bowl, the Fatal Frame series and Samurai Warriors. Omega Force and Koei Tecmo America have announced that Dynasty Warriors 9 Empire will launch in North America on February 15th, 2022 for the Nintendo Switch, Xbox Series X/S, Xbox One, PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5 and PC via Steam. The game will allow players to utilize various features to conquer their enemies using tactics, political manipulation and more. Are your strategies good enough to conquer ancient China?
Dynasty Warriors 9 Empires feeds off its predecessors that offer engaging 1v1000 combat, while throwing in new features to up the ante such as tactical elements that allow players to use political systems to conquer the map. Players must issue commands to drum up resources required for battle including food, gold and troops.
Hiring political leaders and officers will assist and taking officers from rival factions will cripple your enemy while boosting your army. Officers provide valuable information and assistance to players such as secret plans, directing lower ranked officers and granting bonuses.
Another feature in Dynasty Warriors 9 Empire is the ‘territory stroll’ where players can explore China while developing relations with officers. Conducting strolls allows players to gain trust, recruit unaffiliated officers and take photos using the game’s Photo Mode.
In Dynasty Warriors 9 Empire, customization is taken to a new level as soldiers gear can be altered depending on the situation, changing from armor in battle to informal clothing for weddings, strolls and other events.
