Hitman and Shadowrun Are the Latest Epic Games Freebies
The Epic Games Store has brought in two new freebies for this week, HItman and the Shadowrun collection. Hitman includes all of the season one locations, but it doesn’t include the Patient Zero campaign. The additional campaign will set gamers back $15.99. The Shadowrun Collection however includes everything Shadowrun fans can expect from the Jordan Weisman RPG. Both of the Epic Games Store freebies this week are must-play titles, and Epic continues to deliver quality gaming experiences for free.
The Hitman base game only offers all the content season one had, but the Game of the Year Edition of the game will only set fans back $15.99 and it includes “Patient Zero” campaign featuring 4 brand new missions including new gameplay mechanics and features, 3 new Themed Escalation Contracts, 3 new Weapons, and 3 new Outfits. The Hitman freebie offer is a great way of gamers who may not otherwise try the game to give it a play before deciding if the full package is right for them or not.
The Shadowrun Collection includes everything you can expect from the single-player turn-based tactical RPG. The collection includes three primary pieces: Shadowrun Returns, Shadowrun: Dragonfall – Director Cut, and Shadowrun: Hong Kong – Extended Edition. The Director Cut of the game adds a plethora of new content and enhancements to the original game: 5 all-new missions, alternate endings, new music, a redesigned interface, team customization options, a revamped combat system, and more content.
Shadowrun: Hong Kong – Extended Edition is considered end game content for Shadowrun and it includes the all-new, 6+ hr Shadows of Hong Kong Bonus Campaign.
