Google Stadia Getting Over Ten Exclusives

Google Stadia Will Get Ten Exclusives This Year

Tequila Works CEO Raul Rubio claimed that more than 120 games will be coming to Google Stadia in 2020, with more than ten releasing as Stadia exclusive titles. These titles may make their way to other platforms beyond the Stadia release but they’ll be a key feature of the service similar to exclusives on the Epic Games Store. Rubio claims that Google will continue to deliver on the platform but specified Q1 of this year is particularly important. The system only launched with 22 titles but has been getting new releases over time since then and more will be coming out soon.

“Looking at our upcoming lineup, we are tracking more than 120 games coming to Stadia in 2020, and are targeting more than ten games in the first half of this year alone that will be only available on Stadia when they launch,” said Raul Rubio. “We’re working with our partners to share more on those games soon. Gamers can expect more features coming to Stadia in Q1 and beyond. A key benefit of our platform is that we can add these features without any updates or downloads.”

“Toward the end of this month, we will share more about the games coming to Stadia Pro in February,” continued Rubio. We’re looking forward to seeing what the upcoming Google Stadia exclusives look and play like as the service expands its horizons.

Google Stadia will be rolling out Support for 4K gaming on the web, adding further assistant functionality when playing on the web, wireless gameplay on the web through the Stadia controller and additional support for Android phones. We’re definitely excited to see wireless gameplay with the controller as being hardwired without needing to charge the controller is so last gen.
