More Spec Ops Missions Have Been Added to Call of Duty: Modern Warfare
Call of Duty: Modern Warfare has received new Spec Ops missions, including the classic mission: Door Kick. The two other brand new Spec Ops missions are called Harbinger and Brimstone. Harbinger has gamers gathering intel on an informant in Verdansk, while Brimstone will see soldiers fighting their way through a train yard to destroy a runaway locomotive loaded with explosives. In addition to the new Spec Ops missions, the Gun Game mode is now available, as is the Realism Moshpit playlist. Call of Duty: Modern Warfare is available on PS4, Xbox One and PC.
Realism Moshpit will cycle gamers through the Domination, Hardpoint, Headquarters and Kill Confirmed game modes in what is one of the most intense multiplayer experiences. The fan-favorite Gun Game has returned and as usual it removes perks and forces every player to work their way through tiers of different weapons, eventually culminating in a required melee kill to win. Gamers who are still frustrated about the 725 shotgun will remain enraged as the gun hasn’t received any nerfs with this patch. We’re looking forward to jumping into Gun Game and the new (and old) Spec Ops missions.
The latest patch releasing to Call of Duty: Modern Warfare came with loads of fixes such as an issue where copying an opposing players loadout was also copying their killstreaks and a problem where selected killstreaks would revert to the previous selection mid-match. Apparently a number of exploits across all maps and modes got fixed and Infinity Ward adjusted the volume and sound of crouch walking and walking while Aiming Down Sights.
Are you going to be trying Gun Game, Realism Moshpit or the new Spec Ops missions first? Which game modes from previous Call of Duty games would you like to see in Modern Warfare? Let us know in the comments below!
