The Studio Behind A Plague Tale: Innocence Is Working on a Mysterious New Project
A Plague Tale: Innocence is still weeks away from its May 14th launch but the game’s developers at Asobo Studio are already developing a new game that will be published by Focus Home Interactive.
“Focus Home Interactive is very proud to count Asobo, an incredibly talented French development studio, among its continuing partners,” Focus Home COO John Bert said in a Thursday announcement. “It is impressive to see what the studio is achieving with A Plague Tale – their very first in-house project. They have all the talent and creativity to build moving, entertaining, and emotional experiences, and we will continue giving them all our support to let them imagine and create amazing games in the future.”
Asobo Studio’s CCO and co-founder, David Dedeine, said that his studio was “excited” to have this new partnership with Focus Home Interactive. “Today, we’re excited to continue this pioneering partnership with Focus on our new creation, which will take players out on a journey to a land of adventure,” Dedeine said.
