Timeless Tome Tells the Tale of Past Titles
Fans looking for a reason to return to Evermore need look no further than mid-March, as a new batch of content is coming to Ni No Kuni II: Revenant Kingdom in just a few short weeks.
The new chapter is called The Tale of a Timeless Tome, and will come with a new time-attack battle mode called Solosseum Slog, which will net players rewards for finishing it in a timely matter. It’ll also have some new story elements including “memories of Evan’s friends,” as well as some new martial methods, one of which is called the Wizard’s Companion, for fans of the first game. It’s also promising a bunch of new fighting methods, locations, and characters.
The add-on drops on March 19th, and will be available for free for those who picked up the Season Pass, and those who didn’t can snag it for $14.99 USD. The game’s most recent previous piece of DLC dropped back in December, and developer Level 5 recently announced an animated film based on the series in collaboration with Warner Bros.
