Ni No Kuni 2: Revenant Kingdom Hits Nintendo Switch in September

The King Formerly Known as Prince

When it launched in 2018, Nintendo fans had missed out on Ni No Kuni 2: Revenant Kingdom, but in a few month’s time, the game will be headed to Nintendo Switch. Though there are several different Ni No Kuni titles on consoles and mobile platforms, Revenant Kingdom is a direct sequel to Wrath of the White Witch, which is an enhanced version of the first game, Dominion of the Dark Djinn. The Nintendo Switch release of Revenant Kingdom is the Prince’s Edition, which includes all the DLC and several weapons and equipment packs.

Ni No Kuni 2: Revenant Kingdom

The story of this Ni No Kuni game revolves around Prince Evan Pettiwhisker Tildrum; a young boy with cat ears, and Roland Crane, who is transported from the future. Together, they team up with other characters to re-establish Evan as the nation’s rightful monarch. Ni No Kuni 2: Revenant Kingdom – Prince’s Edition comes with the Adventure Pack, The Lair of the Lost Lord, and The Tale of the Timeless Tome DLC packs. It also comes with all of the bonus content from the previous releases, which includes the Special Swords Set, Cat King’s Claw, Dragon’s Tooth, Proper Tidy Ring, Proper Tidy Pendant, and 10 Hero’s Delight. The Prince’s Equipment Pack also comes with several consumables to give starters an edge.

The Prince’s Edition is already available on PC, but is the standard release for Nintendo Switch. Ni No Kuni: Revenant Kingdom is out now on PC and PS4, and will be available on September 13th for Nintendo Switch.
