Ori and the Will of the Wisps Was Teased at Again During Microsoft’s E3 Conference
Microsoft showed off more of the latest sequel for Ori and the Blind Forest, with Ori and the Will of the Wisps, which is being released in 2019.
This will be the direct sequl to Ori and the Blind Forest. However, Ori and the Will of the Wisps takes a different route than its predecessor, with it being a 2D metrovania; a game with an open world that promote exploration through re-visiting older areas with newer abilities.
The new trailer shows off Ori’s new abilities, a guardian spirit called Sein, and some new platforming gameplay. Check it out below!
The description for Ori and the Will of the Wisps lists it as:
“From the creators of the multi-award winning “Ori and the Blind Forest” comes the highly anticipated sequel: “Ori and the Will of the Wisps.” Embark on an adventure with all new combat and customization options while exploring a vast, exotic world encountering larger than life enemies and challenging puzzles. Seek help from discoverable allies on your path to unravel Ori’s true destiny.”
