Gears of War 4 Xbox One X Install Size Revealed
A few days ago, we told you that it looks like the Xbox One X will have a new boot-up screen. At least that is what an Xbox boss suggested may happen. Today, we learned just how much space Gears of War 4 will take up on your Xbox One X.
The install size for Gears of War 4 on Xbox One X is massive! The enhanced option is available starting October 23, 2017, and takes up a total of 103.30 GB on the Xbox Marketplace. The base model size is 93.80 GB and the Windows 10 PC version is 121.23 GB.
The install size includes a large update that the game received earlier this year and it is now showing up under “Xbox One X Enhanced Games” tab. The option to turn on 4k assets for games is present under “Settings – System – Backup & transfer – download 4k game content”. These install sizes should be the final number.
