Top 5 Video Games Arriving in November 2025
It feels like 2025 has been month after month of insane video game releases. November is usually one of the craziest months of the year, but in 2025, it’s actually relatively slow. There are three massive releases that dominate the top three spots this month. But the other two are former PC/ Xbox exclusives getting released on PS5 for the first time. Our runner-up this month is Terminator 2D: No Fate. It’s a 2D, side scrolling action game that’s been pushed back a few times. Hopefully the November 2025 release date sticks this time. 5. S.T.A.L.K.E.R. 2: Heart of Chernobyl (PS5) – November 20
S.T.A.L.K.E.R. 2: Heart of Chernobyl is a first-person shooter/ survival horror game that released as an Xbox/ PC exclusive in 2024. The game was announced in 2011, but took 13 years to finally see a release. Reviews were mixed upon launch, but it got a lot of post-launch patches, including a day one patch that was almost as large as the base game. Normally we wouldn’t include a year-old game on a list like the Top 5 Video Games Arriving in November 2025, but the pickings are slim this month for big titles.
4. Age of Empires IV: Anniversary Edition (PS5) – November 4
Age of Empires IV: Anniversary Edition is the fourth entry in the long-running real time strategy series. It was released on PC in 2021, the ported to Xbox in 2023. PlayStation owners finally get to play it in 2025. Age of Empires IV: Anniversary Edition is a bit of a throwback to RTS games of yesteryear, but fans of the genre don’t get many new major base games. It’s the second of the two firs time PS5 games on Top 5 Video Games Arriving in November 2025. There’s a major gap between #4 and #3 this month.
