Marvel Ultimate Alliance 3: The Black Order – July 19 – Switch
It has been a long time since the last Marvel Ultimate Alliance game released, but Marvel Ultimate Alliance 3: The Black Order is back and on the Nintendo Switch, building on the hype garnered from the latest Marvel movies. In this up to four-player-co-op game, players can take control of their favorite heroes ranging from Wolverine, to Iron Man, to Ghost Rider, to Spider-Gwen, and many more in between. If a Marvel superhero-themed beat-em-up is your thing, look no further.
Sea of Solitude – July 5 – PC, PS4, X1
Sea of Solitude is a smaller title that has slowly garnered widespread interest. In this title, players take the role of a young woman navigating her way through an evolving world. This artistic adventure title takes players through an abandoned, submerged city with monsters, challenges, and an intriguing narrative.
Fire Emblem: Three Houses – July 26 – Switch
Likely the biggest release of the month, the Fire Emblem series makes its way to the Nintendo Switch with Fire Emblem: Three Houses. As a professor at the Officer’s Academy, players will choose to lead one of three noble houses with a variety of students with different abilities. In typical Fire Emblem fashion, war appears to be the central focal point of the title, and Fire Emblem: Three Houses looks to continue the franchise in a big way on the Nintendo Switch.
