Top Releases of March 2021
March 2021 is upon us, and while the month does not have a lot of big releases, its unique variety of games capped off with some highly anticipated games makes March an underrated month of releases. Without further ado, here are the biggest releases of March 2021.
It Takes Two – PC, PS4/5, X1/S – Mar 26
It Takes Two is the latest title from Hazelight Studios, the developers behind A Way Out. Like A Way Out, It Takes Two is an action-adventure game featuring only cooperative play either locally or online. The game puts players into the roles of an estranged couple turned into dolls by magic who must find a way back into the real world. The game definitely feels like a much lighter tone than A Way Out, and the uniqueness of the Hazelight games is appreciated too. Just like A Way Out, It Takes Two allows a friend to be invited to play, not requiring both parties to own the game.
Evil Genius 2: World Domination – PC – Mar 30
Have you ever watched a movie with an evil villain so incompetent that makes you think you would make a decent baddie? Evil Genius 2: World Domination lets you live out those dreams. The RTS/Simulation game tasks players with creating a criminal lair on a tropical island masquerading as a casino. Players have their choice of geniuses en route to building the lair, setting up traps to kill agents, unlocking operations, test doomsday devices, and more. With a relatively unique angle, we look forward to taking over the world in an unsavory manner with Evil Genius 2.
