10 Games That Would Make the Nintendo Switch an Instant Best Seller

10 Nintendo Switch Games List

The recently announced Nintendo Switch has garnered a lot of positive reactions from across the internet before some reality set in. People began to question the console just days after its reveal regarding its price, hardware, a lack of physical backwards compatibility, as well as a general lack of information. Well, Nintendo is holding a special presentation on January 12th revealing the price, launch date, specs, and most importantly games for the Nintendo Switch. We know The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild is coming, and we’ve seen glimpses of titles from the reveal trailer, but we want more. Here are ten games we would love to see on the Nintendo Switch.

Metroid Prime

Let’s get this one out of the way. The Metroid Prime trilogy was a series of Metroid titles taking place from the Gamecube to the Wii, with the third title launching in 2007, and the trilogy being released in 2009. The Metroid Prime games took the classic series in a new direction, going three dimensional as well as taking a first person perspective. We think it’s time for the Prime to make the Switch, with improved specs and multiplayer appearing to be in the spotlight, Metroid on the Switch would sell like hot cakes.

Fire Emblem

The strategy RPG series made home console appearances on the Gamecube and the Wii before becoming a 3DS exclusive. Funnily enough, the title might have been able to make some great use of the WiiU’s gamepad. A bigger focus on multiplayer for the series could make Fire Emblem on the Nintendo Switch a very popular game to play with friends. With better specs than the 3DS, some impressive visuals, cutscenes, and on-screen action would definitely enhance the franchise.

F-Zero

Show me ya moves! Mario Kart has been the de facto racing game on Nintendo consoles for as long as anyone can remember. However, F-Zero is another series that has not seen a release for quite some time. With the portability and connectivity options on the Nintendo Switch, F-Zero could be in for a huge revival if developed correctly. The title will need to be beginner friendly while remaining competitive and true to its roots so that players of all skill levels will enjoy the tile.
