Cyberpunk 2077’s Newest Patch Will Try to Fix Unintended Nudity
Cyberpunk 2077 just got a new patch. What makes it interesting is that it is part of CD Projekt Red’s attempts at keeping NPCs from showing their private parts.
Long-time fans of the franchise are well aware that Cyberpunk 2077 had a fascinating glitch that made protagonist V take off her clothes and flash everyone through the roof of her vehicle. This was around the same time that devs formally gave their apologies to the gaming public for the game’s sorry state at launch. They promised that they will continue to fix bugs and any performance issues.
It has been two years since the game launched to the gaming market. It would seem that devs are still working on keeping V’s private parts contained. Finally, this patch may be the fix that could keep V from flashing everyone. “Fixed the issue where V’s breasts clipped through clothes after changing their size at a Ripperdoc,” devs wrote on their patch notes.
Cyberpunk 2077 players can visit the Ripperdoc of Night City to get a variety of cyberbody modifications. These services include, but are not limited to, breast enlargement. Prior to the patch, there was a glitch that kept exposing V’s chest even if she had her clothes on. This seems to be the main issue that the patch intended to fix today.
Furthemore, the Cyberpunk 2077 franchise regained its spotlight following the premiere of its anime adaptation. The first season was a success. However, it was not renewed and will not be getting a second season. Thankfully, devs announced the Phantom Liberty to expansion to appease any fans who were disappointed with the non-renewal. Plus, devs also announced that a full-blown sequel is coming—codenamed Project Orion.
