Leakers Are Opening Their Christmas Presents Early
Epic Games is doing a fun giveaway in celebration of the holiday season. They’re giving away 1 free game a day for 15 days. Epic Games keeps each game a mystery until the day it’s available.
Well, they tried to at least.
The giveaway started on December 6th with Shenmue III being the first runner-up. The game was free from 11 am to 11 am of the next day, with each game after it following suit. It wasn’t long before leakers started trying to find out what games were going to be a part of the giveaway.
The leaks spread mostly through Reddit and Twitter. They haven’t been completely accurate, but they have got a few things right as well. Pathfinder: Kingmaker was predicted for December 24th, and it’s free today for example.
Some leaks have predicted that Prey will be the next game a part of the giveaway. The leaks have proven themselves to be at least somewhat trustworthy, so it may be worth checking out.
The games that have come and gone so far are Shenmue 3, Neon Abyss, Remnant: From the Ashes, The Vanishing of Ethan Carter, Loop Hero, Second Extinction, Mutant Year Zero: Road to Eden and Vampyre.
