Level Scaling Is Coming To Assassin’s Creed Valhalla

Let Games Adapt To You

Ubisoft has officially announced on Twitter that level scaling is officially coming to Assassin’s Creed Valhalla, in an update that’s going live this July 27th.

Level scaling will come as a game-changing feature that’s welcomed by many, if not all. It should keep higher-level players entertained and challenged even in lesser-level areas, and give the lower-level players the chance to enjoy the game without being overburdened by their low level if they don’t want to grind on side missions in order to level up.

For those who feel that level scaling makes the game feel overall less rewarding of player progression, you’ll be happy to know that Ubisoft has announced the feature will in fact be optional, so you can just turn it off and enjoy the game however you choose.

A decent number of responses on the Twitter post were unenthusiastic about the update, and asking for the “Saint Faith” bug to be fixed instead. The bug has reportedly been preventing trophy hunters from achieving a 100% completion rate, ever since the game’s release in November 2020. AC Valhalla responded promising players that the bug is being worked on, and while it will not be fixed in this update, it will be addressed in a future patch.

Expect Ubisoft to release more information regarding the update before its release this July 27th, and in case you’re still looking to buy a copy of AC Valhalla, you can now get the game for 33% off on PC, for a limited time only.
