Bandai Namco has officially released the second part of A New Power Awakens to Dragon Ball Z: Kakarot. The free new DLC will include the Dragon Ball Cards Warrior trading card game, which includes online multiplayer features. A New Power Awakens – Part 2 drops on Dragon Ball Z: Kakarot today for all DBZ fans to get into the in-game TCG together. Dragon Ball Z: Kakarot is available right now for PS4, Xbox One, and PC.
A New Power Awakens – Part 2 includes several changes for Dragon Ball Z: Kakarot, including new horde battles, new Z Combinations, Dragon Ball Cards Warrior, and more. This additional content will breathe more life into Dragon Ball Z: Kakarot for fans who have defeated the campaign of the game and are looking for something fresh. TCG fans will find a big new reason to play Kakarot now with the addition of Dragon Ball Cards Warrior, bringing a new meta to the Dragon Ball Z RPG.
“’A New Power Awakens – Part 2,’ the new downloadable content of DBZ: Kakarot, will enrich the game with new horde battles of the Z Warriors against the Frieza Force!” said a recent post from Bandai Namco. “Frieza and his squad are attacking the Earth. Be ready to fight a multitude of foes eager to wreck you! Z Warriors will be able to combine their attacks for a super-powerful blow through the new ‘Z Combinations.’ ‘A New Power Awakens – Part 2’ can only be acquired by purchasing the Season Pass, or the ‘A New Power Awakens Set’ bundle.
