2) The Wild Area
Pokémon Sword and Pokémon Shield takes place in the Galar region, and within the Galar region, is an expanse called the Wild Area. In the Wild Area, you’ll have your chance to battle against many powerful Pokémon. But what makes the Wild Area even cooler is how dynamic it will be. The day will turn to night, sunshine will turn to rain, and you might even come across the occasional thunderstorm. Different time and weather dynamics will bring about different Pokémon too!
1) New Pokémon
Let’s be honest, the best part of any new Pokémon game is the inclusion of new Pokémon. From the get-go, trainers will choose one of three brand new Pokémon; Grookey, Scorbunny, and Sobble. In addition, we know there are at least two brand new Legendary Pokémon showing up as well; Zacian and Zamazenta.
