July Games with Gold Rumors Just Keep Getting Better
Who doesn’t love a juicy rumor? A few days ago we reported rumors that the July Games with Gold lineup would possibly include Banner Saga 2, Rainbow Six Vegas 2, and Warriors Orochi 3. Well, it’s another day and another fresh batch of rumors have made their way to the internet. We’ve seen three sources (see below) report that the upcoming month for Games with Gold could include three rather large titles; Final Fantasy 13, Halo Wars, and Dead Rising 3.
Now we can’t find any solid evidence that these will come to light, but when you put some thought into them, they all kind of make sense. Final Fantasy XV is on the horizon so Final Fantasy 13 would be a perfect primer to get people excited for its September release. Halo Wars 2 is ready for a fall release (we hope) and Dead Rising 4 made quite the splash at E3, so their predecessors would also make sense.
Further rumors apparently suggested that Forza Horizon 2 and the first Watch Dogs could be on the table as well with sequels on the way for both of them too. At the very least we take all of these rumors pretty lightly, especially seeing as the sources aren’t highly regarded for their insider information. Still, it’s fun to dream!
