Max Gleason, better known by his stage name of Smooth McGroove, is a YouTuber known for recording acapella versions of video game soundtracks. His videos have him singing various parts of the game’s musical arrangement, split into small sections of the video screen.
Now, McGroove has taken on one of the most-anticipated titles coming up, Dark Souls III, doing its song ‘Premonition.’ Check out the video below:
Gleason has recorded music from many popular video game series, including The Legend of Zelda, Super Mario, Sonic the Hedgehog, Final Fantasy, Mega Man, and Street Fighter. Gleason’s videos have gotten millions of views to date. Dark Souls III is among the few non-retro games he has covered.
