SOEDESCO has announced that AereA, its music-themed action RPG, is making its return to consoles on September 3. Originally released in 2017, the game will launch on Nintendo Switch, PlayStation 5, and Xbox Series X|S, giving both new and returning players another chance to experience its unique blend of action, exploration, and music-inspired fantasy.
Set in the floating world of Aezir, AereA follows the journey of one of Great Maestro Guido’s disciples as they set out to recover the nine primordial instruments. These legendary relics hold the key to restoring harmony to the shattered world after a mysterious catastrophe leaves the once-unified island broken into floating fragments.
Throughout the adventure, players will travel across a variety of islands filled with quests, environmental puzzles, dangerous enemies, and powerful bosses inspired by musical instruments. This new console release also includes the gameplay improvements introduced in the latest version of AereA. SOEDESCO has rebalanced character progression, enemy encounters, and boss battles to create a smoother sense of progression while offering a greater challenge throughout the campaign.
