Machine Party Has Sold Over 500K Copies in Just One Week and Hits 20K Concurrent Players

What an Amazing Start for Machine Party

Machine Party has enjoyed an impressive launch, with developers Mike Klubnika and GDeavid, alongside publisher Oro Interactive, announcing that the multiplayer party game has sold more than 500,000 copies on Steam within its first week. The game has also reached over 20,000 daily concurrent players, with China emerging as one of its biggest and fastest-growing markets.

Rather than following the traditional party game formula, Machine Party delivers a much darker and more chaotic experience. It features 15 unique minigames that challenge players’ reflexes, quick thinking, and survival instincts. Whether you’re racing against the clock to eat peas, dodging deadly traps, or competing in bizarre elimination challenges, every round is designed to keep players on edge while delivering plenty of unpredictable fun.

Machine Party is the latest project from Mike Klubnika, the creator of the hit horror title Buckshot Roulette. Teaming up with GDeavid, the developers have carried over Klubnika’s signature industrial-inspired visual style while transforming familiar party game concepts into strange, dangerous, and often hilarious multiplayer competitions.

Since its release, the game has gained significant momentum through livestreams, creator videos, and social media clips, with players sharing memorable moments from its over-the-top minigames. This online exposure has helped Machine Party quickly build a global audience.

Looking ahead, the developers plan to release regular bug fixes and quality-of-life improvements. They also confirmed that a Couch Co-op mode is in development and expected to arrive in the coming weeks, giving friends another way to enjoy the game together.

The game is currently available on Steam for €7.99/USD 7.99, with a 15% launch discount running until August 13. With such a strong debut and more updates on the horizon, Machine Party is definitely going to be one of this year’s biggest indie multiplayer success stories.
