Ravenholm Interactive, in partnership with indie.io, has confirmed that its tense co-op horror shooter, Infect Cam, will launch on Steam on November 17, 2025. Designed entirely around a first-person body-cam perspective, the game removes traditional HUDs and on-screen guidance, placing players directly into the chaos of a world overrun by infection. Every moment of survival depends on teamwork, communication, and a sharp sense of awareness.
What started as a small experimental project soon gained attention online for its grounded realism and unfiltered presentation. That early concept has now evolved into a full four-player experience that values coordination as much as composure. Each mission challenges players to breach, extract, and endure against ever-changing infected threats, while objectives shift dynamically to force on-the-fly decisions.
Infect Cam’s stripped-down design rejects traditional game conventions in favor of immersion. Without any guiding markers or prompts, players must rely on sightlines, sound, and squad communication to stay alive. The body-cam viewpoint turns every movement into a cinematic yet nerve-racking perspective, emphasizing tension and realism over spectacle.
