It’s time for Hell to get even more banging tunes than ever before. Can the demons handle more rock? It’s almost time to find out, Today, Funcom and developer The Outsiders are happy to announce the newest content pack coming to their rhythm FPS, Metal: Hellsinger, on June 13th. The content pack, titled The Essential Hits Pack, is bringing eight new songs from a variety of different genres that players can look forward to blasting demons to. A new press release provides some details on the pack.
Metal: Hellsinger introduces players to a rhythmic shooter set in hell itself. Players will equip themselves with a variety of different weapons as they shoot, dash, and blast enemies to the rhythm of some heavy songs. Importantly, destroying enemies will boost players’ power and score allowing them to rip through levels even faster. It goes without saying that a game with the “Metal” title without including some legendary voices including Alissa White-Gluz (Arch Enemy), Randy Blythe (Lamb of God), and Serj Tankian (System of a Down).
Taking the tunes to a new level, the Essential Hit Pack is adding eight new songs to Metal: Hellsinger’s roster. Importantly, these new songs are taking the game in a different direction. For instance, players can now look forward to new genres in the Hells. Additionally, these songs come from chart-topping hits. Basically, Hell is about to get some new tunes.
Metal: Hellsinger is out now on PC, PlayStation 5, and Xbox X|S. Of course, the Essential Hits Pack will be released on June 13th. So, are you ready for some brand-new beats to blast demons with?
