Ratchet and Clank: Rift Apart Coming to PC This Summer

Mouse and Keyboard: Rift Apart

Insomniac Games has been a heavy hitter for PlayStation. You have Spider-Man, Spider-Man: Miles Morales, Spider-Man 2, the upcoming Wolverine game, on top of the Ratchet and Clank series. Earlier today, they announced that the PS5 exclusive Rift Apart will be coming to PC.

Just like the Spider-Man PC versions, Ratchet and Clank: Rift Apart’s PC version will be developed by Nixxes Software. Rift Apart already looked beautiful on PS5, so what exactly is going to be improved on the PC? Well, Nixxes Software addressed that.

Ratchet and Clank: Rift Apart

For players who have ultra-wide monitors and multiple screens, both gameplay and cutscenes have been optimized to support “21:9, 32:9 and up to 48:9” aspect ratios. It will also have full keyboard and mouse and full controller support.

Pre-ordering the game will get you the same bonuses as pre-ordering the PS5 version. The Carbonox Armor and Pixelizer Weapon will be available. Regardless of whether or not your pre-order the game, the PC version will also come with the armor sets from the Deluxe Edition, as well as the 20th Anniversary Pack. That’s five armor sets from each.

All in all, this is great news for PC players who want the PC experience for this game or those who don’t have a PS5. Ratchet and Clank: Rift Apart is on PS5 now. It will be coming to Steam and the Epic Games Store on July 26th.
