Mass Effect Just Stealth-Dropped a New Reveal
N7 day has always been a special occasion for the Mass Effect community. Taking place every November 7th (of course), Bioware would release some token of appreciation to the fans, and the fans do what they do best.
โRegardless of when you joined us, through four games and more expansions, I can say with certainty that weโre in this because of you, and every N7 Day is a wonderful reminder of that,โ project director Mike Gamble said in his annual N7 Day message.
But this time around, things were a bit different. Aside from the usual thank you, a strange little tease was dropped.

The visuals alone are nothing to scoff at. And thereโs certainly not a shortage of details to speculate on. That โMR 7โ has certainly piqued the interest of some. But whatโs with that garbled audio? Is it just generic space noises?

In a later tweet, Bioware confirmed that this was a message from Liara TโSoni herself. And those robotic noises? Extremely reminiscent of the Geth race from Mass Effectโs canon. Thereโs a weird number of coincidences between these details and things already hinted at about the next Mass Effect entryโฆ
