Valorant Will Soon Flag Players for Disruptive Behavior

Valorant Will Call Out Disruptive Players

Valorant’s 5.06 patch notes include calling out bad behavior. The main focus of the update is actually the major changes to the Pearl map. However, fans are loving the new Disruptive Gameplay-based Behavior Indicator. With this new feature, devs are now going to point out any players who have been flagged for behaving in a disruptive manner.

We have introduced a feature that will show at the end of game screen which players have been detected for engaging in disruptive gameplay-based behavior,” the patch notes read. Devs added this new feature to Unrated, Competitive, Spike Rush, and Replication. Other modes will also get it soon.

At the moment, what disruptive behavior entails is anyone’s guess. Riot did not provide any clarification on this matter. It could mean players suddenly going afk right in the middle of the round. It could also be about players using foul language in voice comms.

The highlight of Valorant’s patch notes is the rework done on the underwater Pearl city. Each map from Riot Games asks a question. Bind asks players what happens when they get teleports from one side to another. Fracture asks how things change if there are two attacking sides. Pearl, on the other hand, asks players who many angles they want to check and then triples it.

Valorant fans are well aware that their favorite game is heavily influenced by the game formula of CS:GO. It boasts of a super powered sci-fi flair to it. However, devs made the Pearl map to strip a lot of that flair back to give fans a simpler and more straightforward gaming experience. This is the main reason why devs purposely made the map tight yet complex.

The rework on Pearl gives players less time to check angles. This way, they have more time to defend their sites.
