Marvel’s Midnight Suns Is Launching in December After Multiple Delays

Marvel’s Midnight Suns Due in December

Marvel’s Midnight Suns now has a new launch date following multiple delays. Devs made the official announcement at today’s Disney and Marvel showcase. According to devs, the strategy RPG is due to come out to PS5, Xbox Series X, and PC on December 2nd.

Devs first pushed the game’s release from spring 2022 to October 2022. They said at the time that they wanted to ensure the “best possible experience” for their fans. “We know fans are looking forward to playing Marvel’s Midnight Suns,” they said. “We will use this extra time to make sure we are delivering the best possible experience for everyone.”

Take-Two then confirmed in an earnings report that they decided to push its release further into the FY23 period. Today’s announcement cements the launch date for the new-gen and PC versions of Marvel’s Midnight Suns. Unfortunately, its versions for last-gen consoles, including Nintendo Switch, are still in limbo.

Marvel’s Midnight Suns is a compelling strategy game that hides an almost life sim-like RPG. It has turn-based combat with a card system. Plus, players can also initiate interactions with the game’s heroes even when off the battlefield. They can develop non-romantic relationships with the characters this way. Players can then use these relationships to unlock new abilities.

At this point, it would be safe to say that Marvel’s Midnight Suns is pretty much trailer-ed out. Basically, fans are just now waiting for an official release date for the game. They have been waiting for concrete information on when they can expect the game to come out for months. With that said, its following is hopeful that the new December date will actually stick. Plus, they are also hoping that the last-gen versions of the game will not come too late.
