Xenoblade Chronicles 3 Copies Are Out in the Wild
Xenoblade Chronicles 3 fans may want to stay away from the Internet for a while. Apparently, some players got their copies of the game a week early. The game is due for an official release to the gaming public on July 29th. However, it would seem that others already have a copy in their possession.
“Xenoblade Chronicles 3 copies are out in the wild,” a fan wrote on social media. “Now is the time to start leaving the Internet and muting words.”
One fan in China have already been streaming the opening hours of Xenoblade Chronicles 3. The stream already spoiled the identity of the first Hero party member that players will meet and recruit. With that said, fans are expecting that more spoilers will make their rounds online. It is probably best for them to be extra vigilant if they do not want social media to spoil the experience for them.
This is not the only bad news that Xenoblade Chronicles 3 had to recover from of late. Earlier this week, Nintendo confirmed that they had to delay the game’s Collector Edition in Europe until September. To compensate for the delay, devs are selling a version of the Collector’s Edition with all extra content. However, this sale doe not include the game itself. Fans can purchase the game at launch without having to worry about getting an unnecessary second copy if they want to get the Collector’s Edition.
Xenoblade Chronicles 3 will also be getting DLCs until the end of next year. The first batch of content will be available alongside the game’s launch and will include accessories, items, and multiple character costumes. The second batch will add another member to the Hero party, as well as optional, intense challenge battles.
