Total War: Warhammer 3 Devs Accidentally Reveal 4 DLC Factions

Total War: Warhammer 3 DLC Factions May Have Been Leaked

Total War: Warhammer 3 devs may have revealed more that what they had planned. Creative Assembly had a Q&A session yesterday regarding the Immortal Empires campaign. It was at this event that eagle-eyed fans picked up on what they strongly think are the names of the four factions that are coming to the game as a DLC.

Total War: Warhammer 3 Lead Designer Mitchell Heastie explained to the gaming public the victory conditions of required goals. Examples of such tasks are razing settlements, controlling provinces, capturing coastal regions, and destroying factions, among others.

While he was discussing the conditions for Domination Campaign Victory, he may have leaked 4 new factions that have never been featured before. There are approximately 60 of them in total. This number would be quite reasonable. After all, Immortal Empires is going to merge the maps and factions from all of the franchise’s games into just one massive campaign.

The four factions that Total War: Warhammer 3 devs may have leaked by accident are Puppets of Misrule, the Fecundites, the Ecstatic Legions, and Legion of the Gorequeen. There is also the possibility that these new ones could only be ones that have not been announced just yet. However, devs have already announced the new Chaos factions. With that said, fans strongly believe that devs will release these four as DLC.

Furthermore, some Total War: Warhammer 3 fans already have predictions on who they think will head each faction. They believe that that the Prince of Damnation Azazel will head the Ecstatic Legions, Vilitch the Curseling for Puppets of Misrule, and Festus the Leechlord for the Fecundites. They also think Valkia the Bloody will be the Gorequeen.

Creative Assembly has neither confirmed nor denied reports that these are indeed the four upcoming DLC factions.
