The Cub, Post-Apocalyptic Adventure Game, Gets New Trailer and Demo

Welcome to the End of the World 

The human race is gone. The world as humans once knew it is in ruins. It seems that there is nothing left of earth. However, that’s not quite true, as you’ll soon find out.  Today, Demagog Studio and Untold Tales are happy to reveal a new trailer for their upcoming platform adventure game, The Cub. A press release provides some more info on the game. Of course, the new trailer gives players a glimpse of what they can expect from the game. The game is set in the same universe as Golf Club: Wasteland, another of Demagog’s games.  

The Cub introduces players to an Earth that was never saved. Ravaged by human caused war, greed, and natural disasters, the Earth fell to ruin. In the final moments, Earth’s twilight, the ultra-rich flee to Mars. Leaving billions to die. However, some survive. Players will take on the role of one of the surviving mutant children crawling amidst the ruins of Earth. Now, after many years, humanity has returned to Earth. Upon spotting one such child, you, a hunt begins. 

The Cub’s gameplay is a platforming adventure driven by adrenaline inspiring chases. Of course, the art style of the game draws inspiration from classic platformers and players can see this in the new trailer. 

The Cub will be available on PC, Xbox, PlayStation, and Nintendo Switch consoles. A demo is currently available on Steam as well. The Cub will also be appearing at Steam Next Fest. So, are you looking forward to exploring this new Earth.
