Disney’s Dreamlight Valley Is Coming to Early Access in September

Dreamlight Valley Is Heading to Early Access

Dreamlight Valley is a life simulation adventure game from Disney and developer Gameloft. The game will be playable via Early Access on PC and consoles starting on September 6th. It is getting a full launch some time in 2023.

The game is free-to-play. However, players will have to buy a Founder’s Pack to take part in the Early Access period. Unfortunately, there is still no price attached to the pack at the moment. Xbox Game Pass members, on the other hand, can play the Early Access version of the game at no additional charge.

Dreamlight Valley will challenge its players to restore a village that was once idyllic. A mysterious event The Forgetting unfortunately destroyed the area.

You will need to build relationships with a cast of Disney and Pixar heroes and villains to uncover their lost memories and solve the mysteries of the Valley,” devs wrote. “All while making your mark on the land by customizing your dream village and bringing out your Disney style or Pixar adoration with your avatar.”

Each of the characters have been inspired by Disney or Pixar themes. Moreover, they will each have “their own dedicated story arc.” Wall-E, Merlin, Scrooge McDuck, Anna, and Moana made an appearance. Player swill have to help them recover their memories and rebuild their land.

Fortunately for Disney and Dreamlight Valley fans, devs gave them a first look at the gameplay at today’s Nintendo Direct event. “The gameplay experience expands on the traditional elements of a life sim game with a robust narrative-driven adventure composed of a solo campaign and a unique friendship system within the village sandbox,” devs added.

Dreamlight Valley is coming to PS4, PS5, the Nintendo Switch, PC, Mac, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X/S.
