Warcraft Arclight Rumble Devs Have “No Plans” to Bring Mobile Game to PC

Warcraft Arclight Rumble has officially been announced. Blizzard made the official announcement to the gaming public today. This will be the studio’s third mobile game. Fortunately for fans, the game will be in beta soon.

According to devs, Warcraft Arclight Rumble is a tower offense strategy game that resembles the likes of Clash Royale. Players will have to collect characters from the Warcraft franchise and send them to battle across multiple levels. Unfortunately, devs also confirmed that they currently have “no plans” to bring the game to PC.

Basically, Warcraft Arclight Rumble features the franchise real-time strategy format into a version that players can control with just their fingers. Battles will take place on a vertical map that will require players to send units into lanes so they can clash with enemies automatically.

Players get units or minis whenever they participate in a single player campaign. They can use these units to compile into armies that have certain specialized abilities. Undead units can feed off the remains that litter the battlefield. Warcraft Arclight Rumble will also feature poison-spitting spiders, as well as rogues that have the ability to stun enemies.

Players will get incentives when the build armies around themes that are associated with race or class. This way, they can deal with certain complications that are specific to certain levels. As they progress through the game, their units develop talents that help shape the different types of abilities and buffs that the armies can get.

With that said, Warcraft Arclight Rumble players will have the opportunity to get so many rewards. After all, Blizzard did confirm that the game will have more than 70 missions that fans can complete. These missions are in addition to the game’s daily, weekly, and monthly challenge levels.
