Lego Star Wars: The Skywalker Saga Got The Mandalorian & The Bad Batch DLCs
Lego Star Wars: The Skywalker Saga is celebrating May 4th with a special release. Fans expected devs to celebrate the occasion by launching new content, but they probably did not expect this much. TT Games and WB Games have decided to release not just one, but two new DLC character packs for their fans.
The first pack is bringing to the game some characters from the second season of the popular The Mandalorian series. Fans have already been enjoying Greef Karga, Grogu, and Mando from the game’s Season 1 pack. However, the second pack is bringing over Bo Katan, Moff Gideon, Ahsoka Tano, Fennec Shand, and Boba Fett.
Lego Star Wars: The Skywalker Saga is also getting a DLC pack that collaborates with The Bad Batch TV show. This pack brings Tech, Echo, Hunter, Crosshair, and Wrecker.
The game certainly got a big number of new characters for players to keep track of. Still, the additions are just a drop in the ocean compared to all the characters featured in the Star Wars franchise.
Players can access all of these new characters by getting the $14.99 Character Collection Pack. This is a season pass that unlocks all of the new names as they become available. Fans can purchase the new DLC packs for $2.99. Just as Star Wars Day tradition dictates, there are different Star Wars Day game sales with steep discounts today.
Devs officially launched the game to the gaming public in April. During its release, it smashed records for all previous Lego console games. It was able to sell around 3.2 million units all across the globe during its first two weeks in the market. Lego Star Wars: The Skywalker Saga also exceeded sales records “across every platform, region, and edition” for any Lego console game.
